Patient t was seen at this location, was discharged with nothing to prove that she was ever there. Patient came back in to ask a a Discharged papers to be fax to her regular Doctor's office and was advised they do not do such a thing with an attitude. Do Not recommend this place, they seem unorganized and Unfriendly, and unprofessional.

Tried to get a walk-in COVID test. Phone system wasn't working so I walked in. The receptionist sent a link to set up online. Waited over 45 minutes to be told we need to already have a scheduled appointment and we are out of luck because they are already booked up. Would have nice to be told that when I first arrived.
