I have to re-review. My experience at the clinic was fine. I did a virtual appointment and total time spent was the same as one could expect with an in person visit. Staff was nice. I had two tests done and results were supposed to be done in 48 hours. They never phoned, emailed, or posted to the app, the results of the tests. 3 days later I called and was told simply “they are negative”. No documented results, no receipt, nothing. Come on... how about a little follow through. Not the most professional experience.
