I had a 2pm appointment and was told to arrive 10 minutes early. I did that and then waited until 2:45 to be taken. I was told there was no one ahead of me. Only 1 other person with a hurt foot in waiting room. Last time I went there as a walk in, there were 2 people in the waiting room and I, along with 1 other, waited an hour and a half. No one went in or out fit that day, except the 1 patient taken. Unacceptable
