Front checkin staff was incredible! And same with the nurses. The only thing was the doctor was very quick and dismissive.

The physician, the front desk, nurse ...all were so professional and attentive. I did not have much wait time. I definitely would recommend them and I would not go anywhere else for urgent care.

I was not feeling well for a couple of days. I woke up drove myself to urgent care was the first one seen In-N-Out in a little over an hour. Test were ran. Medication’s were called in. I woke up today feeling a little bit better. Everyone was professional, kind, and courteous. I would definitely use them again.

Fell at home and hurt my left hand. In take staff friendly and cordial. Nurse and physician were outstanding. They both made me feel comfortable and valued. Process was very smooth and effective.  Thank you for your patience and outstanding customer service.

2nd time coming to this practice. I am impressed at how well managed and professional the staff is. Wait time was minimal. Doctor was thoughtful when explaining my illness and medication needed. I highly recommend this group.

The wait time was longer than my previous visit but I was able to wait in my car.  The front desk staff person was kind and helpful.  The providers Blaine and Jeremy were fantastic!  They listened, took me serious and talked me through the recommendations.   I was not aware they did not take labs at urgent care which meant I needed to seek additional care.  Blaine explained my next options very thoroughly and calmly.

The automated system that was texted to us after check-in was really bad. It kept glitching and shutting us out. We had to get help from the front desk. This caused us to be later getting taken back. It would have been faster and easier checking in with her from the start.

The staff is very friendly, and the doctor took time to explain issues.  They actually take the time to talk to you and not just see you and disappear.  Highly recommend!
