COVID-19 If you are being tested for TRAVEL PURPOSES- this test is not covered by insurance/Cares Act and is a Self-Pay test.
In order for the test to be covered by insurance, you need to have 1 of the following symptoms: (chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste, smell, fever, dry cough, shortness of breath) or been exposed.
If you have had close exposure and are non-symptomatic, you must quarantine for 7 days from the date you were exposed and receive a negative result : collected and tested within the last 48 hours of your 7th day of quarantine.
If you have “not” received Covid-19 test but have claimed “close contact” exposure, you must quarantine for 10 days.
