If this appointment is for COVID testing or COVID symptoms please stay in your car and text us when you arrive. You will be asked to come in when your room is ready. You will see a provider and you or your insurance will be charged for the visit. Please be aware this is an Urgent Care Facility.

If the appointment is for COVID vaccine or any other issue and you have no symptoms related to COVID, please walk in. Per State and Federal guidelines, mask is required in our facility.
