If you have symptoms of COVID-19 (cough, runny nose, or fever), if you have been exposed to someone who has traveled to one of the countries noted above in the past 14 days OR you have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or potential exposure.

1) Once you select your appt, you will receive a confirmation and updates regarding your status. We ask that you remain in your vehicle when you arrive and message or call when you arrive. A Mary Bridge staff member will contact you to start your visit. We will notify you when the provider is ready and meet you at the door.
