We will first require a virtual consultation prior to scheduling your COVID-19 testing. Virtual visits are only being performed on Mondays and Wednesdays for now. Please make sure you add your payment information, if you have insurance please take a picture of your insurance card (front and back) and upload it, if you don't have any insurance or are choosing to self-pay please add your credit or debit card information before your scheduled video visit as this will cause a delay if that information is missing.
