This test option is not available for patients with government sponsored healthcare coverage (Medicare, Medicaid or Tri-Care coverage). This testing service is not run through insurance. A valid credit card must be provided at the time of registration. If not provided the reservation will be cancelled. Test reservations canceled within 24 hours of the reservation time and no-shows will be charged a $75 cancellation fee.
