1. We test adults and children.
2. Please complete entire paperwork before your visit along with your insurance information (if insured).
3. If multiple people are getting tested, each must fill their paperwork separately.
4. Testing for uninsured $125
5. Bring a government issued photo ID to the site and upload it to the forms prior to coming.
6. Testing is available irrespective of your immigration/citizenship status.
7. We are a privately owned drive-thru Covid-19 PCR testing site.
