An appointment is necessary for all COVID-19 testing. COVID testing is available Monday-Friday, 10 am – 5 pm, and Saturdays, 10 am – 4 pm. Online paperwork must be completed before your visit for all patients. Your appointment time is an estimated place in line and not an exact appointment time. We may contact you, via phone or text message, prior to your visit to expedite your appointment so please be on standby. Please be advised that all elective COVID testing is $160.
