I use Bradley Urgent Care frequently. They have convienant hours, they almost always diagnose and treat the problem correctly, and their staff are genuinely concerned about the patients. Being able to walk in and not have to wait 3 days for an appointment is a big plus. When you or your child is sick you want immediate care and that is what BUC delivers.

2 Yrs ago this would be a solid 4/5, but recently they seem to have lost their way. Messing up prescription call-ins, and more. Last month, had to come in to get my BP prescription checked, and paid the usual $125. They messed it up and only called in one for 1/2 of what it should have been, and DIDN'T put any refills on the prescription (like usual). Called to get a refill called in and they said I hadn't been there in a year, when I've come in at LEAST 3 times in the last year at $125 a pop. Well THOSE weren't primary care and would need to come in AGAIN for another $125 to GET A REFILL I PAID TO GET TAKEN CARE OF LAST MONTH.... Time to look for a new provider.

The providers are the.most uncaring rude unprofessional staff I have ever used. Been using for 5 plus years. Now I will no longer go back for any reason. Make patients feel beneath them..humiliate you for your medical issues. No thank you.
