The wait is reasonable for an urgent care.

I’ve been going to urgent care in Rialto, on Riverside Avenue for A couple years now and I decided to write my gratitude. I just recently had a little scared moment I found a dark spot on my head I went to go see Michael Conrad, Vanessa his nurse who is so very kind me to the back and the wait was not long I truly I always feel comfortable when I go there and I appreciate his service he takes the time listens to you acknowledge you he make sure that you understand everything he’s going to do step-by-step he did a biopsy on my head and I was terrified of needles Michael and Vanessa make me feel so comfortable I didn’t even feel it in my results came back sooner than I expected so thank you Urgent Care for having beautiful people like Michael Conrad and Vanessa who make you feel like part of the family when you pay Urgent Care a visit

I love this place. Everytime I come her it’s clean and the wait time are short and the doctor posha is so nice! She knows what’s wrong halfway through telling her my symptoms. She also lets me know that I have other things going on that I didn’t even know about. She always give and the right medicine. I love going here!
