This visit was my second visit in 5 days and on my first i was diagnosed with an ear infection. So why did I need a 2nd Covid test? Up charging? Staff is very friendly and helpful. Wait time was short or than the 15 minutes waiting for result of unnecessary covid swab test.

Everyone was very helpful. I booked the appointment the night before for 9 o’clock when they open. I got right in and Dr. Emanuel came in. He was very thorough and answered all my questions and prescribe medication for me. I have been to urgent care a few times before and everyone is always so wonderful. I would recommend urgent care. I have insurance that covers everything. That was not a worry for me! I had booked my appointment the night before online.

Wait time and available slots were great. Staff processed me and I was in and out quickly. Will definitely use again and recommend due to ease of use, speed, willingness of staff to assist. The care was amazing from the guy who checked us in to Dr. Al, but the X-ray tech today telling my 5 year old to lie down and not move “or he will hold her head down” didn’t work for me. Being in the medical field, I can tell you that’s never ok. Especially with pediatrics who are already terrified. He was rude, unprofessional and must have forgotten he was dealing with a CHILD. I would give him a 1/5 and everyone else a 5/5.
