The doctors are super nice. The only thing that bothered me a little was that the nurse wasn’t properly wearing her mask

The rep I was on the line with guided me step by step on exactly what I needed to do for my televisit. The practitioner was super sweet and listened carefully with my symptoms and even explain what could’ve caused it. Thank you so much!

I needed to get Covid tested because I came in contact with someone that tested positive. I feel that this medical place isn’t organized. My appointment was at 1pm, I arrived at 12:30 and it took a long time with the process. They explained what needed to get done but didn’t start the process right away. They gave me the forms 40 minutes after my arrival. They took my medical cards one hour after my arrival, they took my payment, one hour and 10 minutes after my arrival. Teleported with a doctor one hour and 20 minutes after my arrival, and finally got the test done, one hour and 30 minutes after my arrival. I feel it was a lot of waiting around. The girls were friendly but all the walking in and out and having me wait in my car was torturous to see. I don’t understand why forms couldn’t be ready and administered, collect all the necessary documentation and payment all at once and be ready with the next and next step. Please take these steps into consideration to help the public and their location run smoothly. Thank you.

Everyone was pleasant but I'm not happy that I can't get my covid results either thru email or text because now I have to drive back to the clinic for results.

Very nice and hard working staff! Very clean and thorough. Also for the amount of people I feel that I was seen in an appropriate amount of time. Also highly recommend doing things online

This clinic is beyond great! Dr. Geise was attentive and patient. He was very thorough and didn't make me feel rushed. The office is very clean and they take time to sanitize and clean after every patient.

They DO NOT offer rapid COVID testing. Though their time between collection and results is quick. My results were ready in 2 days.

Many Cypress-area urgent care centers, retail clinics, and primary care doctor offices are likely to offer STD testing. Other options could include community clinics or Planned Parenthood. While many times you can simply walk in to get an STD test, it is best to book an appointment online to reduce your wait time.
Outside routine work hours, most Cypress primary care doctor offices are closed, however, most of the area’s urgent care and retail clinics are open after hours and on weekends and could be a great option for getting an STD test. Book an after hours appointment today.
Same-day and next day appointments for STD tests are bookable directly through Solv. Simply search for a Cypress-area doctor, find a provider, and book a time that aligns with your schedule stating “STD test” as your reason for visit.
Depending on where you get your STD test, what type of test(s) you are getting, and whether or not you are insured, costs can vary. On average, most pay between $50-100 for initial testing if your insurance is accepted with your medical provider. Without insurance, clinics may charge a visit fee, as well as lab fees, with the combined total reaching up to $400 or higher for a complete STD test before prescription costs.
A test for a sexually transmitted disease (or STD test) helps you determine whether you have an STD so you can receive treatment as early as possible and lower your risk for other medical conditions. They can screen for gonorrhea, genital herpes, and HIV, amongst others. Many STDs can cause serious health complications when left untreated and can lead to the development of other illnesses and diseases, so it is important to get tested early.
Different STDs require different tests, so a provider may recommend one or more STD tests. They usually start by gathering a details medical and sexual history, discussing any symptoms and your sexual activity, and then examining a person’s genitals. Based on what's learned, the doctor may take one or more sample for testing. Samples could consist of a blood sample, a urine sample, a swab of the inside of the mouth, and/or a swab from the genitals.
STD tests can take as little as 2 or 3 days, or up to 10 depending on specific test that are being run. For instance, urine and swab tests typically take less time, whereas blood tests could take up to two weeks. It is also important to note that some clinics do not contact patients with negative results. Make sure to discuss the testing timeframe and communication protocols with your provider.
