First time here. Clinician had a clear plan for aleviating my issue.

Melanie went out of her way to accommodate my husband and me when we came in to get Covid tests. Due to our unforeseen scheduling error, we didn't have an appointment at that time, but she said we could wait in case she could fit us in between patients, even though they were fully booked. She was able to complete our tests quickly and courteously. We were extremely pleased with the care we received. Thanks, Melanie!

Dr Fitzpatrick was thoughtful and attentive and did what tests she could. Her diagnosis of pneumonia was not confirmed by the staff at CPMC, however. It seems I have some sort of infection, maybe more than one—perhaps bronchitis for one. The high pulse rate was due to dehydration. BTW the X-ray copy I took to the hospital was incompatible with its system. Nonetheless I appreciate the care I was given at Carbon.

Second time here, service is excellent and I’ll be back again!

It was my first time at Carbon Health, I found the facility clean & bright. The staff was courteous and professional.

I was able to book an appointment online and when I arrived, I was in and out within 30 minutes!!! The staff was very friendly and the provider was very patient and knowledgeable about my issues.
