Be office staff is the worst. Do not expect any pleasant conversation or even a hello. Sometimes it's like pulling teeth just to get answers from the receptionist she is very rude at times

The name of the clinic has changed, but the experience was the same. I've been there probably 6 times when I couldn't get into my dr. quickly. Week-ends and evenings. Never waited longer than an hour which sure beats the E.R.

PA. Morals-Phan has always had a good bedside manner as have the assistance working directly with him. As as a walk in I don't recall waiting more than 20 minutes even when the lobby was full.

STD test Reviews for Lathrop

"Had an STD test done just to be safe. That can feel embarrassing. Everyone was professional. The receptionist, not sure of her name, but she was great, she was able to make us laugh in normal casual conversation which helped relax our nerves. The doctor and nurse were fast and efficient. Only recommendation (if even possible) would be same day results. The 3-day wait is nerve racking."
