Terrible that’s it takes 2 hrs to check in be tested and be seen…. And this is every time I come here. Today my 1 yr old daughter was being seen and though the service is great… protocol to take your toddler out of the car to check in , wait to be told to go back to the car with your toddler and wait again for tests… and then wait again for test results!! Then be called in to wait again for vitals then wait again for the doctor.., to do all this with a toddler is absolutely impossible that my only complaint

Entire experience was great. Numerous appts available on line. Receptionist, nurse and doctor all were friendly, efficient, and professional. The best Urgent Care facility I have experienced.

This was very easy to make an appointment. The office was extremely clean and neat. Staff was very courteous and efficient. There was no wait time, checking in was easy.

Great first experience. The only issue I have is that no one there answers the phone. We got a prescription sent to a pharmacy (our standard one) and the pharmacy didn’t have it in stock. Because carbon health does not answer the phone, where I could have had them submit the scrip to a new pharmacy, I needed to be the middle person on a wild goose chase between the pharmacy that didn’t have the medication and one that did. This is a very stressful position to be in as a parent with a very sick kid who desperately needs medicine. Other than that one component, I was happy with the experience. I reflected my disappointment under “staff friendliness”, as I wasn’t sure where else to put it. Staff wasn’t unfriendly, they just didn’t answer the phone.

The wait time was a little bit long, but they were able to wrap my sprained ankle and provide me with crutches in an out within one hour.

1. Sign up/Sign in and Covid test done in a fairly hassle free manner. 2. Jennifer the kind lady who checked me in was super sweet, put my mind at ease and also indulged in having my little one get her BP checked cuz she was soooo curious lol. She earns most of the stars in my review :) 3. The provider I met, Kellie was also easy to talk to and her experience showed well through her diagnosis. The in-clinic treatment provided definitely took away some of my pressing concern. 4. All in all, I’m happy I’ve found a good urgent care so close to home. Amazing though my first experience was, I do hope I won’t be seeing them too frequently..lol!!
