I am new to the area and went to this place for the first time today. The facility struck me by being pristine clean, from the waiting area to the room I've been evaluated in, to its bathrooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful all the way through. The medical assistant and then the nurse practitioner were knowledgeable and helpful. They looked at the test results I had to take right there, diagnosed me correctly, and prescribed the medication. The nurse practitioner said that if this antibiotic would not help - I should call them back right away, and he will prescribe a different kind. I was very happy with the outcome of my visit, and...with the fact that there are such walk-in clinics here in Dover where I moved about a year ago. I didn't get a family doctor yet, so it felt just like a miracle to be able to go to this clinic and get treated without having to schedule an appointment with a family doctor - something that traditionally happens in such situation and to what I was so used to over my life prior to moving to Delaware. Anyway, I would definitely recommend this clinic, and I will return here too if another emergency need will arise. Btw, I am sure that if I went to an emergency room, I would wait much longer for the same type of care.

Disappointed in services Since no one has returned my call yet. I was there 1 week ago April 29th with my daughter for an injury to her wrist sustained in a soccer game..and xray was done i was told there was no obvious break but the xray tech would read the xray on friday and give me a call..i received no call so i called around 1:30 that day no one answered so i left a voicemail requesting a return call..no one called..on monday my daughter was still in pain and i called again left another voicemail and have yet to receive a call back. I took my daughter to the orthopedic dr on Tuesday and she has a CT scan scheduled for a fracture to her scaphoid. Im not upset that this wasnt detected by the staff as i realize it needed to be seen by a specialist in the field..my concern is that my calls were not returned. I have always recommended this facility to friends and family in a pinch and have always felt we received the best care on short notice when our primary was closed..i am not sure if there has been staff changeover or who dropped the ball but i am truly disappointed and dissatisfied with the outcome of this situation.

Shattered my elbow. I was seen quickly. After seeing my x ray my arm was placed in a splint and I was sent on to get orthopedic care. The doctor even called ahead and told them I was coming.

John Pearson is not a doctor and a very unconcerned nurse practitioner. He cares more about the Money he gets for prescribing meds that do more harm than good. Horrible experience.
