weird back alley location, charges weren't explained beforehand, insurance not accepted... is this a scam? did I get scammed?

My results were sent but a text has not arrived with my password. So far they are not accessible.

It felt a bit sketchy and unorganized. 1) my son did a mouth swab, but the lab results said « nasal », so we don’t know how that effects accuracy, 2) solv’s website gave one address, they called and said they were coming to our house, then called back and gave us a new address, 3) the hub location was at an unmarked garage door, and we had to self-administer the test in the parking lot. We needed to get an appointment quickly, but i am not sure it was worth it for $160 and unsure results.

Easy easy easy. Yes, we had to pay (we may be able to receive compensation for it from insurance). But, we have zero regret because the communication and ease of execution was flawless today.

Need signs that patients are at the correct locations. The location sent me to a random corner street of a building. There were no signs where to park or where the technician is coming out of. In my honest opinion it appears a bit sketchy. For the amount of money this mobile charges, location could be setup better.

All other places were booked. I was thinking they’d come to my home. But their messages were to check in. Thankfully they called to confirm the appt and I barely had time to make the 20min ride. Better messaging for the specific appt would help. Happy to use them again.

Careful Mobile HUB is located at 150 Etruria Street, Seattle 98109.

Check in through Solv and stay in your car when you arrive, an advisor will come out to greet you.

Same day PCR results arrive daily between 6-8pm. All appointments completed before noon will receive results same day, Mon-Fri. Saturday - all tests will be same day results.

Careful Mobile is self pay only. At this time insurance billing and superbill receipts are not applicable.
