Went in to be seen and was standing their imaginary line when the receptionist stated that the lobby was full and the line had to wait outside (105 degree temperature). There were plenty of empty chairs spaced out in accordance with COVID guidelines. There was no reason for this lack of compassion. My daughter and I left.

The two young ladies in the front were amazing! That’s why they get a star. They were honest about the wait times. I had an hour and a half to wait. I wouldn’t usually wait that long but I count get to my PCP in time. I was showing symptoms of a yeast infection, so I came in. I held my urine so that I could give a sample. I checked in at 5:35p, they called me back to do vitals at 7:07pm, the PA-C ( provider) finally saw me at 7:35pm... I am not upset about the wait time. My complaint is about the provider. Chrystal Taylor- she was talking amongst her colleagues - not only about the patient in the room next-door to me, but speaking about me before walking into my room. I can hear her chatting negatively without listening hard. I heard her say - “ I am not a gynecologist” and some other rude stuff prior to coming in to my room. To sum this up- they never took a urine sample !!! She didn’t run a urinalysis- or pelvic exam. She just assumed it was a yeast infection based on my chief complaints. She listened to my heart beat and felt my stomach. I spent less than 5 mins with her. That’s all. She did leave me with a prescription, But I am just gonna go see my PCP to verify the diagnosis. The discharge summary that I got when I left said otherwise. It has a complete list of lab tests that they NEVER ran and with anothers patients results ..... if they didn’t run test those tests on me, why put them down on paper ? So they can bill my insurance for tests that weren’t run ??? I will never return to this office. After I left, I called them, and they transferred me to the back desk and I spoke someone. She offered to redo the paperwork the same night... but I declined. I’m going to be speaking to corporate and my insurance and I’ll be leaving more reviews. A patient should never feel unwelcome or uncomfortable around a provider!!!! I even told Chrystal the reason I cane to urgent care was because I couldn’t see my PCP. She made me feel super uncomfortable.

I went in to see a Doctor a few months ago. I had been sick for about 10 days. Had a lot of pressure/pain in face, bad congestion and bad cough, etc. I felt terrible. The Doctor never really examined me. He came in and told me that most colds last 10 days or more but that he would prescribe me something. Feeling so bad I just didn't ask about what he was prescribing and so I took the "prescriptions" to the pharmacy and they told me it would just take a minute cuz everything was just over the counter. The idiot Doctor prescribed over 100.00 worth of over the counter meds. For 2 more weeks I got worse and finally saw my regular Doctor who told me I should've been on antibiotics weeks prior. After 3 days into taking the 1 prescription of antibiotics I was so much better. Stay away from CareNow.
