I was here on 7/24, because i thought i may have a urinary infection. i knew i would need to give a sample, so i held it until i after i got there. The wait was over an hour, but i understood, because i had no appointment. About a half an hour in, i couldn’t hold it anymore. I asked the receptionist, if i could possibly have a urine cup so i could leave a sample, and then wait until they could see me. The Receptionist Christian, told me no that wasn’t possible, because “we don’t just give out free cups here”. i told her i understood and i have an appointment, i just can’t hold it anymore. She stated “ well, sorry if you gotta go you just go ahead and go” you’ll have to wait till you need to go again to give a sample.” i was shocked, i looked at her again and said, i am a nurse, i know how this works. She rolled her eyes at me and said “I’ll go talk to the nurse”. She came back and said, “sorry they are all busy”. really??? a few minutes later a nurse did come and give me a cup. i just did not like being treated like that, especially when i already felt bad. 2 1/2 hours later i saw the doctor and he was very nice and respectful.
