My name is Todd Sorce and I want to tell you guys that Crystal rider my PA was amazing and so were the other staff that help me! Waiting in your car is way cooler than waiting in the waiting room at least you can listen to Pandora!

I broke my shoulder. The PA took X-ray's, had them read, spoke to the orthopedic surgeon she referred me to, set up an appointment with him, fitted me with a sling and wrote a script for pain relief. I couldn't ask for more. The visit was perfect.

I have been there several times usually for a cold or allergy or minor injury. Last time, I was in was for a summer cold but the tested for covid. Even though I was vaccinated, I was diagnosed with covid. So they are efficient Receptionist is a little stressed but polite Back of house is great with good and friendly.

i went into the place expecting decent service, and came out so disappointed. i had a nurse who belittled my problems & symptoms, and it felt like from the get-go she was already very biased. aside from knowing my name age and height, i wasnt sure if it was possible to say anything negative about me but she talked about me loud enough outside of the room to the other nurses point where i could hear. my doctor eventually switched nurses for me but it’s hard to believe that the rest of them arent the same if this is the attitude and behavior they condone. please consider going to another location if you want your problems and concerns actually addressed.

Rather than bill the VA, they decided to send me the $512 bill. I'm not sure if it's due to incompetence or laziness.

DO NOT GO TO THIS URGENT CARE-ESPECIALLY THE ONE LOCATED ON TRIPICANA AND JONES. I took my 1 year old daughter here because this location is open 24 hours and after her having a fever off and on all night I needed to get her seen ASAP. At 6am I made an online check-in appointment. I never received a text so I went in after an hour. The check-in staff were cold and short. After waiting another hour I ask how much longer it would be and the check-in girl did not seem to like that I persisted on her going to find out. The MA who called us back called my daughter’s name and instead of saying, hello, how are you-the first thing that comes out her mouth is, only one parent can go back. I took my daughter from my husband and followed. Again was welcomed with cold and short words. She didn’t even seem to care about my daughter. I spoke to the office manager, but I don’t think she really cared. At this point I was heated and demanded my husband be with us in the room. I may have acted out but it was brought on from being up all night with my daughter and from the staff having no compassion and being so rude. The CareNow staff needs training on customer service and on good communication skills in the work place. So disappointed, being at the clinic should have been about my sick daughter but instead was about how bad the staff treated my daughter and I.

Do not go here, I am visiting and needless to say I got sick. I checked in online, took an Uber to only be told the doctor left early due to an emergency. I understand doctor's have emergency situations too but the receptionist did not call us. She then told us the location at 4075 S Durango only had a 15 minute wait. We took another Uber, arrived and was told actually a possible 2 hour wait, not 15 min wait as there are online check-ins ahead of us and this location's receptionist should have checked that. In addition, the receptionist could/should have pre-registered me for the S Durango in so I could be put in queue. So now I wait to be seen, this is not what anyone wants to experience when sick. I guess this receptionist was more excited about not having to work than patient care and service. Ridiculous!
