I want to thank this facility for providing a COVID vaccine facility for area elderly. Because of them, my elderly father was vaccinated without having to take him to a Mass Vaccination site. It was convenient, timely and efficiently run. Thank you for your service to the community! We are beyond grateful!!!

Care Well Urgent Care in Fitchburg is one of the most professional healthcare facilities we have ever been to. I called on Thursday morning at 9 to sign up. I was called at 3pm to set up an appointment for Saturday at 2:15 for us to get our shot. We got there at 2:10 and left there, after a 15 minute observation period , at 2:40. A well oiled machine. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you for a great experience. Heather and Gary Richards

Needed urgent care for an illness that was beginning to affect my breathing. It was very busy and there were only 4 staff members on site. No doubt why the waits were long. In spite of the staff shortage, I never felt they were rushing my care. Explained well everything they were doing. Turned out I had bacterial pneumonia. The doctor put together a treatment plan that I could tolerate. I know they have kept me out of the ER with their care. Thank you.

Brought a friend in with swollen throat. Receptionists we're rude, and not helpful at all. They continually talked badly about the patients in the waiting room as well as the staff outback. One actually called a patient who left an f*** SOB a*****e! HORRIBLE! The DR. On duty told the receptionist not to give him more than 1 patient an hour so he didn't get overwhelmed?! What is going on in there?

The worst place to go ever if you need to be Covid tested. I can’t say much about the nurses and doctor . But my experience with the front desk employees it’s terrible. The ladie with short curly hair, she is not kind and respectful at all. I waited 6 hours in the car with my two young kids to be tested and when finally my turn came she told me first that they don’t accept referal letter . I tried to explain and she didn’t let me talk , and I stopped her and ask if I was allowed to talk and then I said that the recorded messenger was saying that they accepted referal letter for Covid test. And the she said that the test was gone ( the cpc test I guess the one they used to bill insurance for) and we need to pay $150.00 és. At the time me and my husband we got mad because all the wait was for nothing and we were saying to her that was unfair and she was very disrespectful telling that it is for everybody not just for us and when I asked her why she wasn’t calling everybody else who was waiting and telling them that they need to pay and they don’t have the other test anymore she didn’t have a answer for that. 6 hours for nothing was brutal. She even said that she will Call the cops for us. she should because I will Now fill a complaint about them. It’s not the first time but it need to be the last . This is not the job for her. She is not kind and respectful at all. She should be working someplace else . I understand this is a difficult time. I understand that but it doesn’t take away how she treated me my family

The staff was nice and sweet but when signing up for covid testing there was no real confirmation besides wait in car for a call and when you go in the 1 hand sanitizer unit was broken to go into a place that has a lot of covid positive people going in it should be imperative they have working hand sanitizer or alcohol available also all there pens were in there dirty bin meaning others recently touched that were there for testing as well with no offer of a clean pen

Waited 4 hours to be seen after checking in after high volume of people, when I came inside the guy behind the desk named Andrew I believe was being so rude to everyone, literally like screaming at patients waiting in the check in I was so happy I got to check in with the other lady with curly brown hair. She was very nice and trying to do the best she could to accommodate everyone the best she could. Nurse and doctor were both sweet. Feeling like crap in the parking lot in the sun was awful. If you have to wait 4 hours they should allow you to leave and atleast come back. It’s impossible to be seen if you don’t have symptoms which is the law you get tested after traveling etc. this method of check in def. needs to be improved!
