Everyone in your office from the receptionist to the Dr was professional, friendly and compassionate. My wait time was minimal and I was even seen before my appointment time. The facility was extremely clean and all COVID-19 precautions were in place. This is the only urgent care that I will go to in Cartersville. I highly recommend your facility also to all of my friends and family. Thank you for taking such good care or me and my family throughout the years.

I checked in online and recieved a check in time. I arrived a few minutes early andvwas seen at my check in time. Everyone was helpful and nice. The doctor went over my issue with me thoroughly. This is my go to doctor office when I am sick.
