The nurse and the staff were fantastic, I wish I could say the same for the doctor. She was stuttering when I was asking her question in the room. When the doctor was printing my paperwork off I asked the nurse if someone else could see my son and the doctor jumped in and said, “no. I’m the only doctor here. You can go somewhere else if you want”. Dr. Huston was utterly rude, wouldn’t recommend her at all. Also, when we were in the hallway she told me to put my mask on when she didn’t have a mask on. Hypocrite!!! Y’all need to fire her!!!!

Daughter was seen by this office on Saturday and was significantly worse with her symptoms so brought her back Monday late afternoon. Was seen by a fellow…..the attending doctor never bothered to see my child. It took forever for the doctor in training to do our in take and go back and forth to consult with the attending doctor. My daughter has a history of asthma and was having tightness in her chest felt like someone was sitting on her chest. He said just a virus and no treatment suggestions. This was our second visit to your office. The doctor who saw us on Saturday was great. She gave us tips and how to treat. The doctor on Monday the fellow gave no suggestions how to treat. My daughter was much worse, yellow flem, a cough, and tightness in her chest,. He forgot to do the COVID PCR and after a very very long wait for the doctor to go back and forth for training we had to leave. He was giving no advice of help. The attending never bothered to listen to my daughters chest especially since she has asthma and was having problems with it feeling tight when she took a breath. The doctor was quick to say just a virus go. Chest X-ray showed signs of a virus. There was no advice for her chest tightness. Asthma is a serious medical issue and he seemed to be totally ignoring it. There are all types of asthma and not all present with crackling sounds. I had to call my pulmonologist in NY and she said give her a rescue treatment. I did and her chest tightness improved. I shouldn’t have had to call another doctor after going to your facility for additional help. This is the worst experience I have ever had in your office. We use your offices in NY and Texas and this was unacceptable and borderline malpractice. The doctors plan was if she gets sicker come back for a 3rd visit. Really? The attending was in the wrong for never stepping foot in the exam room to see my chid. The fact is a fellow is in training and she be followed by the attending doctor for final review of patient. The staff at your facility is amazing but the doctor and fellow and not. You could have caused harm to my daughter by not treating her asthma. The fellow said specifically to me the rescue inhaler won’t help her it’s a virus. He was totally wrong!!!! My NY pulmonologist said give her a puff and the tightness got better for my daughter. Very bad experience at this office.

Referred to Plano Childrens ER You committed to have entire file and pictures of wounds sent to Plano ER. And make them aware we are on our way and may require a hand surgeon on stby. We arrived at ER and they had no knowledge or prior warning. Had to go through processing from scratch-no Hand Surgeon was notified of our circumstances- no file or pictures or ant referral was in place. I am not expecting a bit of any worth from you as there was very little to no value add from your side, and no treatment either
