The staff was nice but the waiting room was dirty and the wait time was ridiculous. Why schedule appointments if you are going to take walk ins and then not honor the time by over 45 minutes? That’s a long time to wait with a sick kid.

They supposedly did a strep test but it’s not on any of the discharge paperwork. This was one of our main concerns.

Great clean environment. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Very busy since it’s at a convenient location and has convenient hours. Has the option to feel out all forms online so it make a quick and safe check in. Most definitely going to be my new emergency place.

I did the QR code check in and then got forgotten because the place I chose to sit (to remain far away from other pts) was apparently not a place that the receptionist could see. I was seen well after my appt time even though I checked in early and before walk ins. The QR code system doesn’t work so please don’t advertise it. The nurse and doctor was nice enough.

I told the front desk that my son goes by a different name than the name on the insurance card (as he is transgendered) and I had to tell every person who came into contact with him still. This hasn’t happened before, it has always not been a problem, so I wasn’t happy with the way it was handled this time.

Provider was rude and refused to look in patient throat or nose - for symptoms of a sinus infection. Nice and convenient facility with incompetent provider.

Everyone was very nice and friendly. My daughter had a sore throat and exposure to strep so I wanted to make sure she didn’t have it. The total visit was an hour and a half. Her total time “seeing” nurse or provider was about 15 minutes. Waiting to check with provider to see if she needed the strep test was the whole other time.

The nurse and doctor who were on call were really sweet, friendly and caring. They definitely made a tough situation easier by their sweet demeanors.

I was given inaccurate test results. I also feel like they were trying to force me to go in an ambulance when it wasn’t necessary. The ambulance told me it their pulse sock was reading inaccurately and that I could transport my child to the hospital myself. I was then called and asked why I chose not to go with the ambulance and where I was taking my child as if they were the police or if I was doing something wrong. I would never refer anyone to a place where they try to force you to do something unnecessary just to rack up medical bills and seem to threaten your livelihood when you don’t follow their directions based on inaccurate evaluations.

The receptionist was very nice and the waiting room was clean. However we waited 20 minutes, with an appointment and only one other patient in the facility. The nurse practitioner has poor bedside manner. However the nurse was nice. I am not sure I would go back due to the poor treatment.

From the receptionist to the nurse and Doctor they were so friendly and very professional. They made the visit very inviting and less fearful for my kid. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
