Scheduled an appointment, registered in advance, arrived 15 minutes early.... everything I was asked to do to ensure the fastest service. Waited an hour. Asked for an update of how long it would take for me to be seen. Nurse said she had no idea. The doctor had left for a break and she had no idea when he'd be back.

Terrible experience today. I saw a black female provider and she was the least empathetic, uncaring medical provider I’ve ever encountered. She genuinely acted mad I was there and told me no fewer than three times I shouldn’t have come and it was her front desk staffs fault I was allowed in the door. She raised her voice and yelled at me, threw down her paperwork in frustration, argued with me, bad mouthed her staff, and let out these exasperated sighs. I came in for fever, difficulty breathing, painful ear with echoing, and persistent hacking cough. She then determined I needed a COVID year but couldn’t provide one. She told me to go home, and I told her I’m required to go to work, and she said I can’t go against the CDC. Well I’m Navy, so without a note I can’t stay home to self quarantine. She said they don’t have COVID tests and said to call 211 or go to the ER. Then she came back and said the ER doesn’t have COVID tests and she’d tell me the number to call, which she didn’t. I asked her for help with my ear which angered her and she yelled that I shouldn’t even be there. So now I have no pain relief for my ear, no diagnosis, no work note, no quarantine paperwork for work, no idea how or where to get help, still am coughing, still can’t breathe without coughing..... absolutely terrible experience.
