During these times everyone needs the doctors and we appreciate all that your doing to keep us healthy! Great service and bed side manner and very efficient. The one and only suggestion I would like to offer, the front desk receptionist was very nice and friendly however it may appear more professional when telling each patient what they owe or have to pay vs what your co pay or what your actual insurance covers would be better received if calling that person to the desk and quietly discussing this instead of just calling your name out loud while your still sitting and broadcasting this so the rest in the waiting room also here your personal information, this was done to much of us who were in the waiting room today, it’s all good perhaps just a good teachable moment. I’ll be back for sure, great staff, very friendly, the doctor I saw was extremely professional and took time to talk and discuss my symptoms and how to get me feeling better. Thank you again and the one critique mentioned above is not to complain just pointing out there could be a better way to deliver personal information to each patient.

Everyone was friendly and nice except the nurse Jennifer. She questioned my request to get a pcr test and even my degree of illness. If I am taking time to wait and go to the doctor it’s because I really feel sick. I don’t know who goes to waste time. She was condescending and lacks compassion to someone who is feeling ill. Will certainly go to another location, as I’ve never had that issue at the other locations. Maybe she needs to take a day to rest and come back ready to see her patients. We sick people don’t deserve that kind of treatment. That’s not why we go to urgent care for.
