Pleasant experience first time visit. Saw PA and she seemed concerned about my issue and got prescriptions to pharmacy in a timely manner for me to start taking. Friendly staff in reception area and seemed very efficient.

They charged for items that were not apart of the service. Bill details are inaccurate. Billed for things that weren’t apart of my visit because I have insurance.

This clinic was a joke. They didn’t let my husband come to the back with me when their was another couple that went back together. Communication was horrible. It seems like they are doing the bear minimum to get people in and out as soon as posible. I spent more time in the waiting room than I did with the nurse or the doctor. The doctor almost lost his balance in the examination room. For some reason he was not able to keep his eyes open or look at me. Most of the time he was taking to me he had his eyes closed. I think this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a urgent care. I will never go back to this “urgent care”.

I was in from out of town visiting my daughter and had an Arthritis issue with my knee. They were very friendly and accommodating they met me at the car with a wheelchair.They took care of me in a very professional way. Love this place!!!

There seemed to be not so much in listening to the patient’s needs. I am very disappointed in my first visit. My medication was called into the pharmacy wrong and I was unable to get my medicine which makes me furious! I clearly was in a great deal of pain and no kind of pain tolerance was addressed or offered. I felt very rushed and no empathy or sympathy was displayed. Will not be returning here.Would definitely like my copay refunded. I’ll for sure reach out to my insurance provider with feedback as well!

In room 2 there appeared to be a bloody residue or mucus and blood residue running down the hinge side of the door. The doctor was acting completely inappropriate she (Lisa) came in after us( my wife, daughter and myself waited for roughly 30 mins and poked my wife in the back. Then proceeded to just come up with the rebuttal of the reasoning my daughter was sick was “just a cold” in a snappy attitude without even examining her. The office wasn’t even that busy. This was a complete waste of time a wasted visit and rooms are disgusting for a place that is supposed to be sterile and clean.

Upon walking in front office staff were friendly and I felt welcome vs an imposition. Nurse Monica was vey efficient and pleasant. Wait time in the exam room was appropriate before seeing the Physician. Dr Puhl had a good bedside manner, asked appropriate questions to assess my problem and offered proper solutios to remedy. Being a RN myself and have worked in many outpatient clinics cannot think of a way to improve my experience. When leaving the exam room the Doc. Even suggested if I had more difficulty he would be there all weekend in case I needed him. Can’t get better than that for service.
