10/10. Quick efficient service professional doctors and staff in and out which is exactly what I wanted. If only I could make these doctors my PCP.

Went for a suspected UTI .OTC tests showed positive. I asked Dr about urine said everything was negative .days later my labs show that my urine sample was contaminated n nothing could be tested. So I guess she was lying . They used to have great drs .now it's awful really went down hill. Not happy.

Horrible experience. I came in because My period was late and I am never late. The doctor had a UCG test done. He rudely said I was not pregnant. A few days later I decide to go to my gyno to see what was going on. Turns out I was pregnant. Very upset about my experience. Even more upset about the unfriendliness of the doctor and his bedside manner, especially with such a delicate matter.

CityMD of Lynbrook told me I was having a heart attack. I refused to go in an ambulance to any hospital.I wanted to go to my hospital with my doctors. I get to Winthrop Hospital they look at the EKG's CityMD did and rush me inside but are suspicious of the EKG's and said one of the lead wires that were connected to you for the test were not connected properly and that is why your EKG came back not normal. New EKG'S were done my heart was normal. CityMD scared me then I scared my children for no reason. I stayed at the hospital for many hours on a heart monitor just to make sure. I was having chest pain and breathing problems due to asthma and inflammation in my lungs. I was given breathing treatments and steroids and felt better. The doctor at CityMD should know how to read a EKG report just like the nurses at the hospital and realize that it was a lead wire not connected properly. The doctor was also rude. The girl at the front desk needs to stay off her cell phone and do her job. Every time I saw her she was talking on her cell and making you wait. Everyone was polite except my doctor. I didn't wait long but I took off stars for waiting for the front desk girl to stop talking on her cell phone. And I took off stars under friendliness for the rude doctor.

I came in to get tested for COVID-19 because of possible exposure and I was exhibiting all the symptoms except the fever. They turned me away from getting tested and told me it was just a cold. I was told I could not get tested without a fever. I later confirmed that I have COVID-19. I am so upset with my experience here with the doctors. I dont know how many people they must have turned away without a fever and told them it's just a cold without ruling out the coronavirus, specially during these times. Thank you for contributing to the spread of Corona.

My son came home from a trip. He was not feeling well most of the time he was away and I took him to city md immediately upon arriving home. He was told he had swollen glands and his throat was red but he was just run down. The next day I made him go to his regular dr. He had mono, strep and tonsillitis! How could they be so wrong!?
