Worst service I have ever experienced at any medical facility. My daughter had fallen off of her horse and severely cut her leg on a metal jump cup. I rushed her to Classic Urgent Care in Sanger, CA on Academy Avenue as it was the closest urgent care. My daughter was still in her ripped pants that were bloody and she was continuing to bleed. The door was locked and we were greeted at the door. The receptionist asked what happened and I explained the situation. She asked if we had face masks. I explained that I did not have a face mask as we had rushed off from the barn and were in a borrowed car because my truck was still hooked up to the horse trailer. She said we could not enter. Then Joseph Idoni entered the room as well. I asked if they could give us disposable masks so that my daughter could get medical care and they refused and said they would not treat us. HORRIBLE service. Possibly the worst medical professional I have come in contact with. He had no concern for my daughter or the severity of her injury. He should not be practicing medicine.
