Perfect location for an urgent care. I can go in anytime and see the NP, the doctor or the PAs. The staff there are very friendly. The medical assistant that checked me in was really kind. I felt like my needs were taken care of in a timely manner.

No one can get treated without a doctor saying it’s COVID. I wish they would treat you like normal instead of assuming it was COVID every single time. That’s all the doctor said it was even though I had a negative test already. First time at this urgent care. One of the newer facilities in the area, so in a general sense it’s clean but up close there is dust and dirt in several places in the patient room. Overall disappointing experience.

I have been to this place a few times and have had a good experience. However, the doctor I got last time was incredibly rude. He made me feel invalidated and talked to me like I was stupid. I was already in a lot of pain and obviously didn’t feel well, there was no need to be condescending and rude on top of that. Going to the doctors gives me anxiety and I try to avoid it as much as possible, and this experience definitely didn’t help. I went seeking treatment just to get mistreated. I didn’t get his name. But he was tall, tan and looked to be of Asian decent. I didn’t tell him anything then and there because his ugly attitude caught me off guard. Doctors have lives in their hands and have the ability of making a great impact on someone’s life, too bad he chooses otherwise. If I knew his name I’d definitely add it.
