I’ve taken my daughter in several times, and have never had a bad experience. However, being in healthcare, I have realistic expectations. This campus and all of the staff are wonderful.

Lexi was AMAZING! SUCH A KIND and sweet soul! She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I had a really bad experience at the AFC on Colfax (stay away from there). I called her and she told me to come right in! This is the service one would expect at a medical facility. Thank you so much for helping me get my Covid test quickly! Great people and they are all very friendly. They will approach you under the pretense that they are there to help you. However, their main objective is to siphon off your bank account through your insurance company. First, they bill your insurance far more than what is considered reasonable to treat your condition. Insurance pays what is reasonable. Months later you receive the bill and you are left wondering how they could possibly justify the thousands for dollars you are now being told you have to pay. The truth is they can't and they don't have to. That is just the way it is and there is nothing you can do about it; except tell others not to make the same mistake you just did.
