The wait time was over two hours, not good! However, watching the girl at the desk handle a steady stream of people coming in wanting a walk in Covid test was a lesson in what patience is all about. People were sick and annoyed they weren’t taking any more walk ins that day and she was unbelievably sweet to them all, even the ones that didn’t deserve it! I’d recommend this clinic even though I had a terrible wait time. It is Covid Crazy right now.

Wasn’t a huge fan of online check in.  But the person at the front desk helped me when I realized I had forgotten my insurance card.   Wait time seemed long considering I was the only person in the waiting room.    Lacey was super nice and friendly.  10/10 for her.  Rest of visit and wait time was fine.  I’ll continue to visit this location.

Went to this place because I was severely sick and needed medical attention. Unfortunately I was not covered by insurance, and the out of pocket fees just to get seen were incredibly expensive. It’s like they don’t want to treat you? I had to wait for a while, despite having made an appointment to be seen.  Eventually they called me back. One staff member took vitals. Then she put me in an exam room. Eventually the nurse practitioner came in and spoke with me. She did an exam and asked questions about my pain and discomfort.  Then she told me she wanted to collect samples to send off for lab work, but told me I would have to go home and collect them myself. Not very helpful.  And later on I got an additional medical bill, on top of the one I paid upfront. Wow. Never going back here!

This was my first visit and overall it was very good. The nurse and PA were outstanding; they were professional while also kind and insightful. The clinic was supposed to open at 8:45 am but did not open until about a minute after 9 am. I was impressed with the receptionist's ability to switch between fluent English and Spanish. The building and waiting areas are not much to look at, but the care was excellent, which is the important part.
