Excellent experience!! My wait was less than a half hour. Unfortunately I tested positive for Covid. I was caught of guard by that and was kind of in shock when told. I would have liked a couple of more minutes with the doctor to discuss the do’s and don’ts.

The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The wait times are reasonable. I waited less than 1//2 the last time I went. Riverside is the furthest urgent care from my home but the welcoming staff is why I make the trip. The only thing that can make the experience better is more natural light.

I went to the facility for a cold and had to wait over 4 hours so to the amount of people being COVID tested . You should have this section off in 2 different categories at check in . People who are coming in sick should not have to wait hours to be seen. I understand the situation but some sort of separation should take place . Thanks you

I made an appointment for a Covid Rapid test for travel. After the appointment was made I received a text confirming the appointment and requesting that I complete forms which I did. On testing day I received a text again confirming my appointment at 6. I arrived at 5:45 and checked in. I was advised then that although I had an appointment I would have to wait an hour for the test and was asked to wait in my car. Not having been advised of this previously I was extremely mad and upset. Had I been told this may be the case when I made the appointment I would have understood and been better prepared I believe that this lack of communication was unprofessional and needs to be addressed

I highly recommend this place to go when not feeling well or Covid testing needs to be done. The staff of doctors, nurses and even the receptionist are so kind and polite. The first time I came I had recently lost my daughter and her husband to Covid, so I came to get Covid tested and also because I was feeling terrible with a sinus infection and unexplained dizziness. Their compassion was overwhelming. I was diagnosed with a sinus infection and vertigo, the doctor took her time to examine me and also explained how stress could add to the vertigo. Would I recommend this facility, I sure would ! The wait time was less than 15 minutes, I did not feel rushed at all and all attention was on me. So yes yes yes, if you can’t be seen by your primary care doctor, this is the place to go.

I went twice for a PCR test and a rapid Covid test to have before I went back to school when there was a Covid outbreak and before Thanksgiving day to keep my family safe since I only have one vaccination so far. I walked in both times and the wait time was 15 minutes to an hour which was amazing as a walk-in. Both times they came out with the rapid test within 15 to 20 minutes and my PCR test came back in less than 48 hours. All the staff is extremely friendly and answer to my questions as professional and well as possible. I highly recommend this place compared to other ones that my friends and family have told me about! Thank you to all the staff and the corporation running the place as well as possible!

Surprisingly a wonderful experience. Pleasant, warm, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The physical appearance of the reception and examining area is very pleasant and welcoming. It is a very clean and safe environment with Covid 19 protocol noticeable everywhere.

I Used the Solv app to book my appointment and fill out the paperwork, they made it extremely easy. I went there to get Covid tested so I could go back to school and they were extremely efficient sanitary and timely. They answered all the questions I had thoroughly and we’re extremely friendly along with being helpful. I can honestly say I have been do if you walk in clinics and clinics like this and this one has been the best overall. I would recommend it to anyone and I will be continuing to go there whenever needed

My visit was quick, I was in and out in maybe 30 minutes & 15 of those minutes were just me waiting on my test results. The young lady at the front was helpful and friendly. The waiting area was set up so that you could safely practice social distancing, while allowing family members and such to sit together. Highly recommend.

Well like the staff there and doctor ! unfortunately we had a 5 pm appointment for my mom who wasn’t feeling good at all we were there at 4:50 said to arrive 10 minutes early. One other person was in the waiting room they took us in at 5:50. I would recommend someone go and not make an appointment it might be quicker . Cost was much more than we thought.

Out of town visiting, yet I felt well taken care of and confident in the care provided at your center. From the receptionist, pre check nurse, doctor and second nurse everyone was kind and patient with my concerns. I had made my appointment by phone as i was coming from the airport. I left feeling thankful that your center had walk-in and later hours. The wait was timely. Thank you
