Excellent experience!! My wait was less than a half hour. Unfortunately I tested positive for Covid. I was caught of guard by that and was kind of in shock when told. I would have liked a couple of more minutes with the doctor to discuss the do’s and don’ts.

The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The wait times are reasonable. I waited less than 1//2 the last time I went. Riverside is the furthest urgent care from my home but the welcoming staff is why I make the trip. The only thing that can make the experience better is more natural light.

I made an appointment for a Covid Rapid test for travel. After the appointment was made I received a text confirming the appointment and requesting that I complete forms which I did. On testing day I received a text again confirming my appointment at 6. I arrived at 5:45 and checked in. I was advised then that although I had an appointment I would have to wait an hour for the test and was asked to wait in my car. Not having been advised of this previously I was extremely mad and upset. Had I been told this may be the case when I made the appointment I would have understood and been better prepared I believe that this lack of communication was unprofessional and needs to be addressed

Surprisingly a wonderful experience. Pleasant, warm, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The physical appearance of the reception and examining area is very pleasant and welcoming. It is a very clean and safe environment with Covid 19 protocol noticeable everywhere.

Staff was friendly, helpful, thorough in testing. My son did not feel well and bases on his symptoms preformed strep test, flu test, COVID test. Nurse and doctor were great. Listened to all my concerns and prescribed medication.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The facility seems pretty clean. The beside manner was very professional. I would recommend Riverside Urgent Care because it’s clean and the patients waiting area is usually not crowded. Which is very important to minimize exposing germs to others. Check-in was perfect and convenient! I scheduled my appointment by calling ahead and registered on my phone and created an account and was able to use the user friendly application to log in and see my results and or arrange future appointments etc. wait time was reasonable. I used my health Insurance and cannot speak on the pricing at this time.

My visit was quick, I was in and out in maybe 30 minutes & 15 of those minutes were just me waiting on my test results. The young lady at the front was helpful and friendly. The waiting area was set up so that you could safely practice social distancing, while allowing family members and such to sit together. Highly recommend.

There were two people at the front desk when I walked in on 11/13 @ 6:00pm. One was dealing with a patient and the other was WATCHING a MOVIE. I stood there trying to make eye contact so he can check me in and it took a few mins of me standing for him to recognize me. As I went towards him I can see he was watching a MOVIE on his laptop even though he saw me and my mother coming in. However, the tech or nurse who swabbed our nose for the COVID test was a very nice man who cared about the service he was providing. He deserves a raise while the employee watching movies at the check In point needs to be disciplined.
