As a repeat customer my check in was quick with a 15 min wait to see a provider. The Staff/Dr was attentive during the explanation of my condition and quick to help me gain immediate access to a specialist the following day saving valuable time. This is the second time I’ve used CMd and they’re still batting a thousand in my book!

Word to the wise... Find a different Covid testing facility. I am a healthcare worker and 6 week mandatory testing is required. Arrived at Dover facility at 11:30 am, did not get my test until 1:15pm. They no longer come out to your car. You wait as if you were an urgent care patient. If you are a patient you can wait inside, if you just need a Covid test, LUCKY YOU! You have to wait outside in your hot car for a phone call to come in. You will wait in an exam room for the provider. It took 1 hr and 45 minutes for a Covid throat swab. Guess I’ll be looking for a more efficient testing facility!

As directed online, I walked in to make an an appointment. Was told to make one online. I did that and your system crashed and wouldn't allow it. Walked back in and reception was able to now make me an appointment. I was told I could leave and wait next door. When I returned I was told I was not allowed to leave and that I would have to repeat the process. Receptionist was extremely rude and denied giving me any false information. I would go anywhere else if it was possible for you to do so. I would but it would be a further inconvenience to go to Portsmouth. Train your staff in manners and at the very least to convey basic information. People come here for "treatment" and only waste their time.

Went here for a Covid-19 they make you give them a credit or debit card to keep on file for any charges insurance doesn’t pay, I ask several times how much it would be for the test and couldn’t get a straight answer, “probably about $140” anyways I needed the test before returning to work, well I received a bill today (about a month later) they charged $355 for the test, so my insurance paid $140 and they are saying they going to change my card $215, this is complete BS, I will be calling to billing department on Monday @ 8am when they open to find out why a Covid test is $355 and everyone else I have talked to that has gone elsewhere didn’t have to pay anything!

Although they got me in quickly, I waited over two weeks to get results from my COVID test- and had to call multiple times to get through to an employee. I didn’t receive anything from their online portal or a phone call. I was quoted a 24 hour turnaround and wouldn’t have gotten anything if I didn’t follow up.

1st Visit They lost all my personal information. The comment I received: Oh Well ! 2nd Visit went for blood work ordered by my PCP. Dr. never got results.I called there several times to get results, no answer, and mailbox full so unable to leave a message ! This place needs to be closed!!!!!!!!!!!

I was not seen as a patient. I am a medical person working in a local medical practice. Patient came to see us after a visit there 12 days before. Had lab testing done and never notified of results. Attempted to call the Dover, NH facility several times to obtain results and was unsuccessful. We attempted to call several times and got a voicemail message stating unable to leave a message because their system was full and had no more room to leave any messages. Not acceptable and totally unprofessional that you can’t leave a message or speak to anyone to obtain lab results or anything else. Totally ridiculous for a medical facility.
