My 2 urgent old was diagnosed with RSV. His condition worsened so we took him to urgent care. We talked to front desk and explained to them how much distress our baby was in and someone came out took his temperature and dismissed us. We left because they said the wait time was close to 2 hrs. We check in the next day online and explained how much distress our baby was and the called us back at the scheduled time. Someone came in checked him and left. We sat in the room for an hour and a half and my baby was crying the whole time. We left and when we walked out there was 10 people standing at the station talking ,laughing only a few were entering information at the station. Later that evening we took him to the emergency room, they said he was very sick, he stayed in their till in the morning and was moved to ICU . Monday they took him a regular room and he was discharged on Wednesday. All I can say is we were devastated by the way they treated us both times at urgent care. No one cared about this very sick little boy. I suspect this FRAUD AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL. EVERYONE IN THAT FACILITY NEEDS TO BE EVALUATED. THERE IS NOTHING URGENT ABOUT THEM AND OBVIOUSLY ONLY THERE TO GET A PAYCHECK. PARENTS IF YOUR CHILD IS SICK TAKE THEM TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM BECAUSE URGENT CARE OFF ROSEDALE IS THE WORST PLACE TO TAKE THEM. LIKE I SAID THIS FACILITY IS FRAUD AT HIGHEST LEVEL.
