It was really dirty and the girl at the desk shouldn’t be in healthcare. Extremely rude and lacked any feelings. My daughter was sick with flu and didn’t even acknowledge her presence. Then accused me of keeping a bill which I didn’t once I argued enough for her to look more into i. Tried to charge me a different co pay from last time. Horrible! The girls name was Nikki.
