I made an appointment for a Covid rapid test at 11:40am. I pulled into the designated parking spot at 11:42 (it took me a moment to find the correct spot, as it is hidden in the corner of the building). I remained in my car, as my confirmation email instructed. When no one came out, I opened my car door at 11:45. A woman popped her head out of the testing booth and rudely scolded me, saying that my appointment was cancelled due to being 5 minutes late. I told her that my confirmation and the terms I agreed to stated that my appointment would only be cancelled if I didn't show up within 15 minutes. She told me that was wrong, and that she was far too busy to see me today. So my appointment was cancelled, despite truly needing it. Thank you for nothing but spite and condescension during a time of crisis, CVS.
