I went there today due to having a migraine I could not get rid of. The medical assistant was very unprofessional, rude, and argumentative. She got irritated bc my mask would not stay on my nose properly bc I had to keep pushing it back on my nose. She slammed the door as she was leaving the room. I did tell the APRN of the situation. The APRN was very professional and was actually the one who gave me my injections. I have worked in the medical field as a CNA, MOA , and even as a nursing student for 20+ years. Never once did I show irrational body language or vocal tone toward a patient nor resident. Thankful for the APRN but they needs a new assistant or she needs to be spoken with on how to be professional. Retraining might help out.

Facility is nice, staff was nice but not very thorough or knowledgeable. Facility looks don’t matter if the providers cannot diagnose. My son had fifth disease but was diagnosed with contact dermatitis. Took him to his pediatrician bc I was skeptical of that diagnosis as I had not used anything new on his skin or clothing. Seems a common thing to diagnose in children.. no treatment needed for fifth disease but was given steroids for dermatitis.. didn’t get them filled and went to pediatrician instead.. sometimes quick is not best.

Called ahead to make sure they accepted our insurance and they said yes. Drove 40 minutes for them to say it is probably is not accepted. Need better upfront help.
