I visited Deer Park Urgent Care this morning. I've been to many health care providers over my nearly 69 years, yet I was very impressed with the professionalism of Caleb Kruse, PA. Thank you DPUC for the prompt and excellent treatment.

I went in at around 1:45 PM on a Wed. After checking in, I was immediately taken back and screened. The staff was friendly and expressed great empathy towards my illness. I'll definitely go back when I'm unable to be seen at my regular clinic.

Came in with a damaged shoulder, in pain. There was no sense of expediency, no triage. Been here for nearly 2 hours and very little movement in the waiting line. How can. They call this urgent care.

Came in with ear pain, extremely sore throat, had both for days. Saw a doctor, can't remember her name. Tested for streptococcus, came up negative. She stated I didn't have an ear infection, told me to take Tylenol and eat Popsicles. End up in another emergency room, deaconess, spokane, this time I actually got real care. Ended up I actually did have ear infection, actually severe, also throat issues. They prescribed antibiotics and other meds. Hope you don't have to see a doctor at this place. Terrible not sure if they are just inempt or what, I'll never go back.

There is a reason that people in Deer Park call this Urgent SCARE. They have possibly the most incompetent and ridiculous doctors I have ever dealt with. The wait times are atrocious, they never have enough staff, they are not truly open until 9. I have no idea how it’s still in business. Do not go here. I would make the drive into Indigo Urgent care at the Y.

I called young gal said I had to be there by 8:15 to be seen. I was only to be told they already had 3 patients so I might as well go somewhere else. That was extremely rude. This is a place for sick people .I should not be treated like a bad person.

Yesterday my son had an accident on his bike and hurt his shoulder. Last night I call around 8:30pm knowing they were closing at 9 and asked if I could bring him in. I explained that we lived in Nine Mile falls and it would take us about 20 to load up and get there. The receptionist said yes we could come in and be seen. We got there and the doctor was waiting in the lobby. The first thing that came out his mouth was, I’m not taking anymore patients tonight. I explained that we had called and he replied rudely (with the receptionist right there) Yes I know that but she is new. The doctor then asked my son if he could lift his arm and rotate it this and that way. The doctor asked him what hurt and my son explained it hurt. The doctor then said well if it still hurts tomorrow come back. Well this morning I took him into Spokane and had him X-Rayed and HE HAS A BROKEN COLLARBONE. I’m appalled at this doctor’s behavior absolutely disgusted

Never will I be back especailly with with my 3 year old grandson. Take note.... I checked my grandson in by 6 pm. I did take note of four people in the wait room but didn't see the herd in one family back in the corner of the room. Nor could anyone know how many patients were in the exam rooms. I do realize this is a one person show. AFTER 2 hours of waiting and the last members in the herd family were taken back I waited another half hour before asking how much longer to be seen to them front end receptionist. I was calm and nice to her. She said to me..... "Couldn't you tell how many people were waiting ahead of you when you came in? ". All snotty and rude. I said I seen four people waiting and not the herd family hiding around the desk. I asked her why couldn't she tell people the wait time when they arrive, especially with a toddler in tow who has a schedule to keep for bedtime? She repeated same comment again to me. Ruder. I called my husband and asked him if I should just leave and he asked me to get her name and he'd walk in the next day asking for the head person. The girl didn't have a name tag on and I now know why. I asked her for her name cause my husband wanted to know. I got the ice cold glare and eye roll off sh stomped to the back rooms. By 9 I was taken back by the nurse. I cannot complain about him. He was amazing with my grandson. The woman who sent my grandson lacked bedside manners and couldn't deal with a toddler who doesn't like doctors to begin with. He has tubes in both ears and too many infections. Pricked and poked on by them. I told that woman that and she ignores me. He screams and I have to hold him for the anyone to look at his ears. This woman kept yelling at my grandson to stop. I told her again his experiences and we just need to deal with it. She insulted me and grandson saying even a baby acted better than he does. Wow. I will be calling this morning and complaining about the extremely unprofessional staff at this urgent care. Minus the nurse . He would have done so much better with my grandson than that woman of a nurse practitioner. What ever her title is.

I found this urgent care Doctor to be the most unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. She spent more time talking about her personal life than she did my circumstance. I will definitely never ever go to this urgent care facility again! Period!

Went for "urgent care" for non-life-threatening issue, (as advertised), and was turned down by receptionist because it was too close to closing time. My son had what appeared to be a dislocated finger from baseball practice and arrived about 7 minutes prior to closing time. I've worked in restaurants more accommodating to patrons than this so-called "Urgent Care"! There was a doctor still there with a patient, but the "open until 9", apparently, means as long as your needs can be met before 9 so they can lock up! Needless to say, I am very disappointed in the lack of care at this Urgent Care. I would not recommend to anyone.
