The lady at the front was very pleasant and professional, like she enjoyed what she did. I didn’t have to wait long. Dr. Gold was very helpful and took the time to answer my questions.

I took my daughter into doctors care with the hope of obtaining an X-ray for her hurt ankle. First experience with any kind of urgent care so I was unaware of how things worked. Apparently if you don’t check in online and just do a walk in, you will sit there forever. We waited over 2 hrs to be called back. Passing blood where someone bled all over the floor and the staff didn’t even attempt to clean it up after being alerted of it. That should’ve been my second red flag. We were then taken in a room, asked a few questions and then was alerted that the doctor on call was sick, something they knew before they even called us back so I’m not sure why they pretended like we were going to be seen. I honestly think the staff was panicking and wasn’t sure how to handle the lobby full of people that had been waiting for awhile. I explained how long we had been waiting and asked if we could get some help the nurse just basically left us in the room, went to the other staff while I could hear the conversation where they talked about me and none of them cared. The nurse never even came back. Sent in an X-ray tech who then told us that we could be seen at another location. I was dumbfounded. No apology, no nothing. He did at least wrapped my daughters ankle. I was so shocked of the experience we just had and will never step foot in another doctors care facility. They should not be allowed to even treat people. The level of unprofessionalism was astounding. I have no other words.
