I have always had great experiences with doctors care on East Blackstock! Great staff, providers and office people. I am always aware it is a walk in clinic so wait times do not matter to me!!!

There is rarely a doctor, just an NP that is following a script that says if this prescribe that. No troubleshooting or trying to really cure your symptoms. Save time, go to a real doctor’s office

I came here, out of options, in terrible pain thinking I had a kidney stone. I waited over 6 hours desperate for help. Once I finally got in, they were friendly but did not do their job. They did not take my vitals. They did no tests. Only listened to me attempt to describe what was going on through my pain. I requested basic kidney stone diagnostics to help determine the situation, but they said they were confident. Prescribed me four medications. Gave me a shot, wished me luck. Pain did not go away. After countless phone calls, I forced my way into CT scan through my doctor. Turned out I was misdiagnosed and the treatments were making things worse. Now I would not be posting this or complaining if they weren’t hounding me for money. I think the doctors are put in a horrible situation, so I get it to an extent. But due to our healthcare system and being self employed, any health decision has to be made within the financial circumstances. The system is broken. At the very least I should not have to pay for service that was not received. I tried disputing the payment, but it isn’t working.
