Doctors on duty at 1212 South Main Street is awesome, the staff are all professionals at what they do, and are caring about their patients. I received a lot of help from the office managers taking care of paperwork. And dealing with the doctor's assistants is a comforting experience. The doctors are understanding of their patients discomfort and pain as they work hard getting their patients on the road to recovery. My personal thanks to Dr. Luder, Lucina, and Veronica, for outstanding professionalism.

I am very saddened to hear of such poor service from this location. We were there several times. Wait time was very short. Waiting area, rooms, everything was neat clean organized.. It was a very quiet soothing visit. We had multiple doctors PAs MA's x-ray techs all involved in our visit Pleasant personable smiling. Looked at both of us when they spoke. Explained things clearly. Never rushed. Checked in on us while waiting for test results. Gave proper and correct referrals. Overall it was a long morning yet many things accomplished. Will return if needed. Only objections are a confusing site in an attempt to set an online appointment. Also staff no smiles, unprofessional, impatient. Too loud when giving/asking personal info. Same wgen on phone with patient

I came in and the girl in the front asked me to check in so I did I weighted a hole hour seeing every walk in go in first and I’m still weighting at this point I was ready to leave so I asked the girl in the front how much longer do I have to weight?? She was surprised and told me someone had forgotten about me bout it wasn’t her ... are you kidding me 🤦🏽♀️ So then they take me inside after I fill out her paper work and I still weight 40 minutes inside to get a 🤬 pap ... Really?? If you guys have people check in on a screen pay attention.. next time I’ll just walk in I’ll be seen faster instead of making an appointment 😠 the Ladies in the front are polite once talking to them but get distracted talking among each other I don’t mind of course but do your job... in the other hand Shayna Hampton was very lovely made me feel comfortable thank you!

My 2 year old daughter was just turned away although your hours say you’re open until 8, but your staff indicated that your doctors are going home and now that you’re down to one, they won’t see any one else unless they signed up online. Although we arrived at 5:45, are traveling and our daughter is only 2. There was zero attempt to try and prioritize patients or figure out what was wrong. Although Mayra was not rude, I’m just shocked at this practice! I am here in Salinas/Monterey county multiple times a month with my family and we will not be returning. I will also actively work hard to make sure as many people as possible hear our story and choose another urgent care. I also strongly recommend that if the only way you’ll see patience is if they sign up somewhere online, that this is actually on your website!!!!! I can’t find anything about signing up to be seen. I’m also shocked that when I asked to speak to someone I was told that there were no managers. As a CEO, I’m surprised that any organization would not have access to management or supervision. And that your staff wouldn’t try to priotize patients based on urgency of symptoms (ahem URGENT care) care nor would they try and talk to the doctor, no attempt to problem solve. Perhaps I have been privileged in recieving positive medical care for my family—but I am just shocked that this is the way people in need are treated, without any care in the world other than a message of having a wait list and clearly wanting to go home (and as someone who works 7 days a week, I can appreciate that), but then pick a different field or plan your staffing better!
