Really easy to book, get to, sign in, and get tested. If you go in the morning it’s really quiet and you can get in and out really fast. I went to the Oakland location and it was a breeze. Don’t worry about the sign saying testing is in the back (I thought it meant back of the building) just hang out near the door and someone should let you in

The testing site was not “EZY” to find but thankfully all the staff were exceptionally and truly heartwarmingly helpful!! Please next time Specify “you are NOT located in the airport” SFO should know your location Thankfully the staff were Super!! Considering the whole “health system” is broken (very sad about that)

Was fast. Technician was quick, courteous, professional, easy to work with. The fact that she'd also not too long ago had COVID helps assuage fears of possing staff, but ventilation at the facility isn't great for her.
