I would absolutely NOT recommend this Urgent Care facility. We were on vacation when my 8 year old son fell off a teeter totter and hurt his arm. We quickly ran to Emergency Care Dynamics in San Diego where they took X-Rays and told us his arm was not broken and just sent us home with ice. The next morning his arm was swollen and he was unable to move it. We ended up having to have surgery to pins put in It and he was in a cast for several weeks. I understand things are misdiagnosed, HOWEVER we were billed and charged for splint application and pediatric plaster which were NOT done. When calling their billing department, we were treated extremely rudely and they said I had signed paperwork stating his arm was broken. This is completely FRAUD and did not happen. The bill is not huge and not the issue, but it is completely a lie and they charged for things that they never did.
