I gave these folks a good rating yesterday, but need to change due to the fact that they failed to listen when I told them which pharmacy I use. Instead, they just went with the multipractice information system and used old information. As a result I am getting my medication 24 hours later as I am too sick to drive so far to the old pharmacy and had to wait until my husband got off work. The receptionist asked about our address, etc, as to whether it had changed. She could have changed it. The NP failed to listen to what I told her. This could have easily been avoided.
