I have been coming here for 30 years, and the reason I keep coming back is because I get really good care. From diagnosing illness to regular check-ups they seem to be really focused at keeping me healthy. .Mike Crimi is my go-to provider and has been keeping me healthy .for over 20 years. I couldn't be happier or more satisfied with the care I .get here ! Thanks. So glad I found you when I moved here!

I felt after my current and last experience with this facility needed to be shared. We transferred from the South Florida area last yr and I needed to get a new Primary Care provider. I unfortunately choose Express Care as my Doctor.. I went for my yearly check up and get all my Prescriptions updated. First off , I never actually saw a Doctor, I was treated by Micheal Crimi a PA at the Facility. At first, I was comfortable with this but decided to just roll with it and see what happens. Needless to say, that was my first mistake. My visit went fine, and I assumed all my scripts were all taking care of. To make a long story short, as it turns out Mr. Crimi gave me ZERO refills on my High Blood Pressure meds. Unfortunately, I didn't find out about this until I was almost out of that Medication. I called the Facility, and everyone was gone or unavailable for me to talk to according to the person on the phone. Now I do understand it was a Friday afternoon at around 5pm, they close at 7pm, but I understood, and the woman said that someone would call me back on Monday morning. She also told me that I would probably have to come in to get my script renewed. I told the woman on the phone that my Heath Care budget was very tight this yr. and I could not afford to come in every 3 months and pay upwards of a $100 each visit. I have NEVER run into a problem where a Care Provider does give you at least a couple refill, if not a yr., until you can come in again. I have been dealing with Hyper-Tension for over a decade now and I monitor my Blood Pressure myself and I don't need anyone to monitor me every 3 months unless I have an issue. As of this email, I have yet to hear FROM ANYONE AT EXPRESS CARE. I had to go thru another method to get my pills taken care of. I want to make everyone aware that all Express Care is concerned with is making money and PATIENT CARE is the LAST thing on their mind. Now I understand why their reviews are so low and why I should have considered that before I picked them as my Primary Care provider. I have since switched and would encourage everyone else to do the same. I know this email may be a bit of a ramble, but i'm very angry and disappointed that this is what our Health Care System has come to. I work in the Health Care field and as an employee of that system I am embarrassed by this. Please take yoyr time and read reviews before you make the same mistake as me.

HIGHLY do not recommend. I went in Sunday to be seen. Let dr Reilly know my daughter was just tested for strep at the emergency room last week and his response was “well what is the emergency in that” I have insurance but self paid because the front office had no idea what they were doing. Dr Reilly told me he wouldn’t rapid test me because I was self pay but would treat me for strep. I asked if I was able to go to work which his reply was “if your sick with anything it’s contagious just wash your hands”… ok. He asked if I wanted a work note which at the time I politely said no because I wanted nothing more than to leave the office. Monday I was so ill I couldn’t go to work. I called to get a dr note, no response. Called again Tuesday & was told a nurse would call me. Called again later Tuesday and was told a manager would call today. Now here I sit almost 5 days later with no response from them simply for a doctors note. And for what it’s worth, I was told since I wasn’t improving if I wanted to come back I had to pay $137 ,again, even though I have insurance. I went to Paramount urgent care in lady lake today and got EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE and am on the road to recovery. Immediately I was given a strep, covid, and flu test. Come to find out i was misdiagnosed by dr Reilly (who didn’t even give me an option to pay for the rapid test) and don’t have strep! 1000000% do NOT recommend this place.

Lied about giving my kid a COVID-19 test so that he could return to school. Turned out the doctor did an influenza test instead. And on top of it the guy was a prick the entire time.

My wife and I entered Dr. Ice's office on Hwy 441 in Belleview, FL today, 8-12-2020, to find the employee at the reception desk not wearing a mask. She requested a drivers license and insurance card of course, which would require stepping quite closer than 6 feet. Grocery stores and even the filling stations here in central FL (one of the worst 3 states in THE worst developed country, regarding Covid-19) mostly have plexiglass between customers and clerks, but not in this medical office! Moreover, she spoke louder than necessary (even for me, an elderly man with some hearing loss) projecting her breath more forcefully than necessary, right at people. We left. We did not meet Dr. Ice and cannot review her, except for the way the front office is run.
